The showroom itself looked really nice and had a good setup, but the staff didn’t check in on us much. We ended up waiting around just to ask a couple simple questions, which was sorta frustrating. we felt a bit ignored.

I found what I needed easily, which was great. Checkout was fine, no issues there, but the pages were slow, like really slow. Not a huge deal, but definitely noticeable

I accidentally ordered the wrong size and expected the return to be a hassle, but RH made the whole thing really easy. The return label showed up quickly, and once they received my item, the exchange shipped out not long after. I also chatted with customer service and they were friendly and helpful. Overall, it was a smooth process and I’ve got no complaints.

I bought this side table hoping it would feel a bit more solid for the price. Delivery went smoothly and there were no issues there, but after actually using it for a short time, I noticed it scratches way too easily. It looks fine at first, but day-to-day use made it feel average overall. For what I paid, I expected better quality.

I’ve been trying to get in touch with RH support for days about my order and I just keep getting passed around with no real answer. Emails don’t seem to go anywhere, and the phone wait times are ridiculous. For a store this expensive, I expected a lot better, and it makes me question the overall quality too. I don’t think I’ll be ordering again.

I ended up ordering a coffee table and two chairs from RH, they look really good in my living room. I was worn out from comparing stores, prices, delivery details, all of it, so I’m relieved these actually worked out. The design is simple without feeling plain, and the colors are calm and a little more grown up than what I had before. It definitely took me a while to commit because the prices are high, but style-wise I’m really happy. Friends keep asking where I got everything, so I guess that says enough.

I signed up for the rh membership when I was buying a few larger items, it did help me save some money. The discount is definitely nice, but maybe it’s just me, I feel like it only really makes sense if you’re already planning to spend a decent amount there. For smaller purchases, the yearly fee doesn’t seem that worth it. I also wish the benefits were explained a little more clearly during checkout. Overall, it’s not bad, but I wouldn’t say it’s amazing either.

I had a good experience shopping on rh!! I was able to find most of the pieces I wanted, which was a relief since a lot of other places were sold out of similar items. One chair color I really liked wasn’t available for a while, so I ended up choosing a different option, but the site was clear about what was in stock. Overall, a solid 4-star experience!!

The whole order tracking situation was annoying. It barely updated, so I kept having to check over and over like I was doing detective work just to figure out where my stuff was. Support did reply eventually, but it took a while and the answers were kind of vague, so not exactly helpful. The order did show up in the end, which is good, but the communication really needs work.

My RH order showed up faster than I expected, which was a nice win. Tracking was simple to follow, and the delivery landed right on time without any hassle. Easy experience overall

We got our sofa from rh and it’s been way comfier than I expected. I’ve already taken more naps on it than I’d like to admit lol. Based on this one, I’d definitely think rh knows how to make a couch you actually want to hang out on

I booked an interior design consultation through RH, and overall it was helpful. The designer seemed to really listen to what I was going for and came up with ideas that felt like they’d actually work in my living room, instead of just copying that polished showroom style.

I’m giving it around 4 stars because the follow-up took a few days longer than I was expecting, give or take. Not a huge deal, and I’m still happy with how it went, but it did make the process feel a bit slower.

I ordered from rh.com and, the payment process was easy. My card went through without any issue, and I got the receipt email right away, so I wasn’t left wondering if the order worked or not.

The only small thing was that the final charge took a couple days to show up correctly in my bank app, which made me double-check it. Customer service said it was just the pending amount updating, so not perfect, but overall it was fine

I've had this for a few years now, and from what I can tell, it's still solid. I haven't done any super detailed inspection or anything, but aside from a few minor scratches, it seems to be holding up just fine.

I bought a table from rh.com and, it looked really nice when it first arrived. I was actually happy with how it fit in the room at first.

But after using it for a bit, the care instructions started to feel like way too much. You basically have to baby it constantly, keep it away from water, heat, certain cleaners, and wipe up anything immediately. With kids and normal everyday use, that’s just not very realistic.

For the price, I actually expected it to be a lot more durable and easier to live with. I reached out to customer service, but they mostly just pointed me back to the care guide, so that didn’t really help much.

and I do really like the look of RH furniture, but the prices feel hard to justify. Everything adds up so quickly, even when there’s a sale going on. The quality is fine and definitely not bad, but for what you’re paying, I expected a bit more. It’s just tough to feel like it’s a great value.
